The plot of this house and artist studio is located in Sângeorz-Băi, having an unobstructed view towards the Rondei Mountains, with the Ineu Peak representing a particular natural landmark that is visible from the site.

The project is comprised of two main components - the home and the artist studio, with each function being developed within a dedicated, single-level architectural object, connected by an entrance volume.

We intended to work with the rural architectural vocabulary within the area, paying in the same time close attention to the relationship between the inside space of each component within the ensemble and the natural environment.
